A. LEADERSHIP DAYS - Live the Strategy with Your Management Team

We can either lead a segment of a leadership day or facilitate a multi-day session. Using authentic and credible stories as a vehicle, vision, strategy, and change become less abstract and more relatable. During the session, self-awareness grows, and through stories, both collective and individual strengths are discovered. n a series of personal sessions, we help you clarify and structure your story. We assist with articulating, visualizing, and communicating it to your team. By reflecting on personal experiences, you’ll also learn more about your role as a leader. You’ll become a better storyteller, but also a better listener to the stories of others, which will further increase your organizational sensitivity.
